Brian joined EverWatch in 2020 through the acquisition of BrainTrust and serves as the President for the company. Mr. Cooper has over 29 years of diverse experience in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Prior joining EverWatch Brian Served as the COO for BrainTrust focused on Corporate Growth, Business Development and Capture.
Brian held leadership positions at Booz Allen, Hewlett Packard and Compaq focused on strategic captures and mission execution. Before moving into leadership, his career focused on software systems engineering and program management supporting a diverse customer base. Brian began his career serving as a cryptologist in the United States Navy.
Brian graduated with a B.S. in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland — University College. He is a member of the AFCEA and has served twice as the President of Central Maryland Chapter and previously served on the International Intelligence Committee, AFCEA Central Maryland Board of Directors, and the AFCEA International Board of Directors.
