Health Care & Wellness

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program. Choose from three medical plans or receive a cash stipend if you waive coverage. EverWatch medical plans include flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) options, long-term and short-term disability, voluntary life/accidental death, and dismemberment insurance.

With remote and hybrid work options plus generous paid time off (PTO), our employees can maintain their work-life balance while making a meaningful contribution. PTO is accrued each pay period and is based on years of service. Additionally, we offer all employees bereavement leave and 11 paid holidays each year.

Military Benefits

We proudly support our reservists with a range of comprehensive programs. Our offerings include continued health and retirement benefits, as well as tailored leave options. Employees can take short-term leave for military training obligations of 30 days or less with the National Guard and Reserves. For orders exceeding 30 consecutive days, we provide long-term leave. Additionally, employees receive differential pay for up to 12 months and throughout their active-duty assignments in the reserves.
