Diane Nguyen brings more than 25 years of financial and accounting expertise in the government contracting space as a strategic business partner and member of executive teams, responsible for collaboration on business issues and maximizing shareholder value. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, business intelligence, internal controls, government contracting and compliance, and leading and motivating highly effective finance teams.
Most recently Diane served as CFO, Vice President of Finance at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and held various executive finance roles during her 15 years at General Dynamics (GD). She oversaw more than $10B in annual revenue and completed and integrated more than $4B in acquisitions while at GD. Diane joined General Dynamics through the acquisition of Veridian, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for Veridian Information Solutions Division. She began her career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand.
Diane holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Virginia and holds a certificate for the Executive Mergers and Acquisitions program from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
