Under our Technical, Analytical, Administrative, and Security (TAAS) blanket purchase agreement (BPA), IEA was awarded three major task orders in December 2015. Combined, these task orders bring over 20 new IEA employees to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)) and have a total value greater than $30 million.

IEA was selected to provide Specialized Engineering and Staff Support for the Director for Defense Intelligence; Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Infrastructure. The objective of this effort is to provide professional services, technical expertise, resource analysis, integration coordination, and recommendations for senior decision-makers in support of OUSD(I). To accomplish the objectives, this task order requires unique specialized engineering, technical, acquisition, and policy expertise involving current and future Battlespace Awareness, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, and program management, as well as in-depth understanding of associated DoD, Director of National Intelligence (DNI), and Joint and Service specific activities and operations. In support of this effort, IEA will provide a team of experts who possess specific and unique space, airborne and intelligence community acquisition, requirement, and programmatic skills and knowledge along with relevant operational expertise and experience.

Under a separate task order, IEA was selected to provide Specialized Engineering and Staff Support for the Battlespace Awareness and Program Assessment (BAPA) Directorate and the Military Intelligence Program Resources Directorate. Under this task order, we provide professional services, technical expertise, resource analysis, integration coordination, and recommendations for senior decision-makers in support of OUSD(I). Through this contract, IEA supports the OUSD(I)’s capability to receive, interpret, and understand unique operational intelligence related concerns as well as their ability to access and advocate those concerns when and where appropriate.

Lastly, IEA was awarded a task order to provide Technical Analysis and Warfighter Support in the oversight of the Combat Support Agency’s intelligence support to the Combatant Command (CCMD) Joint Intelligence Operation Centers (JIOC), GEF, Special Technical Operations, and JSCP directed planning efforts.
